Christmas Holiday

We are fast approaching the Christmas Holiday season. Not all of you celebrate the Christian holiday but for those of you who do, what does this season mean to you? What types of gifts are you hoping to receive this holiday. For those of you who do not celebrate the Christian holiday - would you share a holiday your culture celebrates? Please explain your traditions.

Christmas to me is when all my family gets together & shares what has happened with them over the year.

I really don't care if I get anything though.
It wouldn't be a big deal.

My family has many traditions for every holiday almost. Christmas is a big one. I don't really care for Christmas too much although, because I don't really seem to get along with my family very much. Oterwise every morning we wake up and open presents at our house. Then we get ready and go to my Aunt Sam's for home made cinnomon rolls. They are so good. Then we go home and hangout there until dinner time. For dinner we go to my Aunt Lori and Uncle Dave's house. Then we go home and that's our Christmas holiday.

jhoward,
I also celebrate the birth of Jesus on Christmas. Which makes sense since we go to the same church.

to me christmas is a time to be nice to each other and the bigger the suck up you are the better the presents you get.

Twall;;
I agree with you.
Over Christmas break you don't have to worry about anything except gaining weight from eating too many christmas cookies. LOL !

To me, Christmas means a lot of things. It's the birthday of Christ; a time of giving, of love, of celebration; a holiday; and, most of all, it's a day to spend with family and friends. Best wishes to you all this holiday season.

To me, the holiday season means so much. I get really excited everytime we et closer to Christmas. This Holiday, I am really hoping to get a Playstation 3. My traditions is that my sisters and I both sleep in my older sister's room on Christmas Eve night. We can hardly sleep and then we wake up early on Christmas morning. We open all of our presents and then eat cinnamon rolls!!
